Think of each client’s return in bands. A client keeps everything up to 8% per cycle. The bands above that are what the referral program pays out — to the people who introduced them.
The referral bands come out of the desk’s own side, never the client’s return. Every dollar is tracked in your dashboard.
01How the bands work
One client’s return, cut into three bands.
The client keeps their return up to 8%. The band from 8–10% pays the person who introduced them; the band from 10–12% pays a Referral Partner further up the chain. Which bands a client actually reaches depends on trading results — the picture is the structure, not a forecast.
02Two ways to earn
Referrer
Anyone who introduces a clientYou introduce someone to the fund. On each client you bring in, you earn the return generated in the 8–10% band on their principal.
Referral Partner
Refer 5+ · bring $100k+Once you have introduced more than 5 people and the clients you have brought in total $100,000 or more invested, you become a Partner and earn an additional slice — the 10–12% band — on clients brought in through your referrals (your indirect network).
Partner status is an addition, not a replacement: your own direct referrals always earn you the standard 8–10% band (up to $1,000 each). The dashboard tracks every band, cap and payout for you automatically.
03A worked example
You’re a Partner. Here is how one client’s return splits.
You referred Alice. Alice later refers Bob. Bob’s return splits three ways:
Bob still keeps exactly what any client keeps. Alice’s band and yours are paid out of the desk’s side — they cost Bob nothing.
04The fine print
A referred client pays exactly what any client pays. Referral bands come out of the desk’s own side of its fee, never the client’s return, so being introduced never changes the terms a client is quoted.
Referral bands and caps are per referred client and are subject to the program terms shown in your dashboard, which may change. “Up to 8%” is a target ceiling, not a fixed or guaranteed rate; actual returns depend on trading results, which carry risk, including loss of profit.
