Defund is a pooled over-the-counter desk trading Hyperliquid’s HYPE token. We buy HYPE directly from large holders below the market price and sell it at the market rate. You do none of the trading — you deposit USDT and earn a share of the profit, and every trade is recorded in a ledger you can read line by line.
The discount is fixed at the moment we buy, rather than forecast — though what the position finally sells for still decides the result.

A private desk for HYPE. Defund buys large positions away from the public order book at a discount, sells them back to the market in controlled tranches, and credits the net profit to investors. Every step is recorded in your ledger.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum is $10,000, deposited in USDT, and there is no maximum. You can also fund by bank transfer, which is converted to crypto at a 0.1% conversion fee.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Up to 8% per 30-day cycle is a target ceiling, not a fixed rate: your actual return depends on trading results. The Principal Guarantee covers your deposited principal. Profit is not covered.
What fees does Defund charge?
A 10% performance fee, taken from profit only. There is no management fee and no withdrawal fee, and a losing trade is never charged. Crypto deposits are free; a fiat bank transfer is converted at a 0.1% conversion fee.
Can I withdraw anytime?
Yes. Request a withdrawal on any day, in full or in part: there is no lock-up, no notice period and no penalty. Payouts are usually sent within 12 hours, and almost always within 48, to a destination you confirmed in advance.
How can I track my money?
In your account. Every profit, fee and withdrawal is its own line with a receipt you can check. Nothing is edited after the fact: a correction is added as a new entry.
